Our self-hosted enterprise software license is $10,000 per year
This option provides you with unlimited users, unlimited API requests, and unlimited storage as well as the ability to deploy to as many servers in whatever security configuration you deem necessary.
The license fee includes help with initial deployment, bug fixes, security updates, and premium support from our devoted customer success team.
Our cloud-based offering, runs from $1,000-5,000 per month
It's all based on active monthly users so you only end up paying for the compliance programs that are actively providing you value. Our hosted offering comes with all the support you need with for things like file storage, backups, failover, scaling, deployments, performance monitoring, and more.
Customizations from one of our solutions engineers is available for $5,000 per week
The Rhizome platform is designed for implementing customizations, meaning our experts work extremely quickly. Other custom SLA requirements can be covered by an implementation fee. Because we're building on our own platform with our own tools, we can run circles around in-house or agency development teams. Our platform is the distillation of decades of compliance work, meaning you'd be hard pressed to find quality custom software development on these prices and timelines.

Let's say you need a custom report for a new jurisdiction, and you want to have it submit automatically. It might take Rhizome two weeks to get that working for you, and look something like this:

You're always free to request additional customizations and optimizations. This is not a $20/month SaaS, but it also shouldn't cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars over multiple years.
Trial Period
Because of the customized nature of our platform, we don't offer a free trial period as of now, but we are prepared to offer a refund within the first thirty days if for whatever reason our platform doesn't meet your expectations (we haven't had this happen yet).
