Failure to maintain an ongoing compliance training program
We're officially in the top 5 of our FINTRAC's Most Wanted countdown!

If your staff is just completing one of those yearly web-based training courses where they click next on every slide in the deck, and then immediately turn around and forget everything that they just saw, there's a chance that that's not sufficient.
Rhizome isn't a training company, but we do have incredible partners who specialize in AML education.
So once your team is trained we want you to come back to us, and use our workflow automation to make sure that your team members adhere to what they just learned.
So whatever your policies are we'll take those high-level training concepts and we'll turn them into mandatory steps in your day to day workflows.
Training is one component, but also using a well designed system to keep folks on the straight and narrow path is gonna be a huge win for your company.
